The Common Agricultural Policy after 2013

The negotiations for a new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) will come to an end this year, but the entire process started at least 3 years ago.
Its importance in the Europeans' lives is significant, since it represents about the 40% of the whole budget.

The reforming parties of the future CAP are the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament and the European Commission.
The political agreement has been reached on June 2013 under the Irish Presidency of the Council, for its probable implementation from 2015.
